Albury Council granted special Rates variation

[AlburyCity + IPART] The NSW Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) has granted Albury City Council a special variation to rate income. IPART’s approval means that the general rate will increase by 5.64% in 2011-2012, 5.69% in 2012-2013 and 4.77% in 2013-2014.
